A brief summary of operation co ordinate by WBA:
SALES NETWORK - WBA has data base of sales representative who works in many different markets. Once we start partnership for new business, WBA provides :
- Research and selection of sales representative;
- Presentation of choose sales network to our partner;
- Management of sales representative "on the field";
In case WBA intervention is on already existing sales network, it provides:
- Evaluation of existing sales network;
- Management "on the field";
- Substitution, area analysis, improvement of different areas.
MARKETING PLAN NEW BUSINESS - WBA provides a market analysis and a specific work in order to evaluate  internal and external organization for facing the market.
BACK OFFICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGEMENT - WBA could manage the entire back office and after sales service. WBA work will provide :
- Order processing;
- Daily contact with sales reps and dealers;
- Credit management;
- Sales representative commission (their calculation and payment to sales representative)
WBA's offer to our client company is the chance to manage the sales work totally or partially in outsourcing. The cost for the client company is based on commissions which will be paid to WBA, based on turnover generate on the market.
WBA will submit to client company all market feedback (competitor analysis, price positioning, advertising and promotion requirements and their planning)
