INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE ACCORDINGLY WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/2003 In compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, White blue agency S.r.l. with the head office in Vedano al Lambro, via Tagliamento, n. 7, being the holder of processing data, with the legal representative pro-tempore as the person in charge, informs the Users, subscribers of the following agreement, about the purposes and the methods of the processing of the personal data collected, their sector of communication and diffusion and their nature of conferring. In particular it informs about: DEFINITIONS For a better understanding of privacy conditions, we enclose a series of definitions: Sensitive Data: shall mean personal data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life; Personal Data: shall mean any information relating to natural or legal people, entities or associations that are or can be identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information including a personal identification number. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Data will be processed for the purposes connected to the service supply, in particular data entered at the registration or collected during our activities will be used for: supplying the service required; personalizing the way of using our service and/or browsing the website; evaluating the using of determined services more than others, with the aim of improving the service itself and solving possible technical problems. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA Processing of personal data shall mean any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the help of electronic or automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, keeping, interrogation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data, whether the latter are contained or not in a data bank. METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA Data will be processed mainly with electronic or automated means and recorded on automated, paper or any other adapt support, in according to the minimum security measures decided by the legislator. Data will be stored by the Holder. CONFERRING OF DATA Giving your personal data is absolute optional; however the possible refuse for the above purposes doesn't allow you to use the Service. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION Data conferred would not be diffused except for the purposes indicated in the agreement; data will be communicated to third parties to reached the above purposes. DATA SUBJECT' S RIGHTS A data subject shall assert his/her rights as state by articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree June 30th 2003 n. 196, addressing the Holder of processing data sending and email to info@wbagroup.eu. In particular accordingly to art. 7 a data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. A data subject shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing. A data subject shall have the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys. PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE PROCESSING Person in charge of the processing is White blue agency S.r.l. with head office in Vedano al Lambro, Via Tagliamento, 7; representatives of processing data are employees and/or professionals entrusted by the Holder, whom do the above activities under his direct supervision and responsibility. TIMES OF PRESERVATION Data will be storage for the entire validity of terms until your request of cancellation forwarding a statement to White blue agency S.r.l. or sending an email to info@wbagroup.eu. INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF COOKIES Cookies are text files sharing with the browser visiting wbagroup.eu. Cookies are used for statistical purposes, for counting the visits to wbagroup.eu, or reporting users’ access data and other useful information for the browsing.
